Last Updated: March 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the websites, mobile applications, or proprietary software nodes owned and operated by SolidFortis Technology Group (collectively, the "Platform"), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
2. Corporate Identity
SolidFortis operates as a holding group for various independent technology entities, including but not limited to SolidAlgos and SolidLinq. These terms apply to the global consolidated operations of the group.
3. Software Usage & Licensing
Subject to compliance with these terms, SolidFortis grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our technology. This license does not include the right to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithmic logic from any SolidFortis product.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in "toxic flow" or latency arbitrage using SolidLinq protocols.
- Attempting to bypass security layers of the SolidFortis data infrastructure.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Redistributing SolidFortis proprietary signals or data without explicit written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All methodology, algorithms, software code, UI design, and brand identity are the exclusive property of SolidFortis. Unauthorized reproduction of our "Constellation" visual language or execution logic is a violation of international copyright laws.
6. Service Termination
SolidFortis reserves the right to terminate access to our infrastructure at any time, without prior notice, if a user is found to be in violation of these terms or if their activity poses a risk to the stability of the institutional network.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary strategic operations hub, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction.
